We do not read files on your computer beyond what you explicitly upload.
04How We Use Your Data
Your data is used solely to provide and improve the Saathra service. This includes:
- Providing real-time AI responses during your sessions
- Managing your account, credits, and subscription
- Processing payments through our secure partners
- Sending critical account notices (receipts, password resets)
- Improving product performance (using anonymized, aggregated usage patterns)
Explicit Guarantee: We do not use your audio, screen content, or interview transcripts to train, fine-tune, or improve any AI model — ours or anyone else's.

06Third Parties We Share Data With

- AI Inference Provider: Transcripts and screen content are sent for real-time analysis. They are contractually prohibited from retaining or using your data for training.
- Payment Processor: Handled by our PCI-compliant partner . We never see your full card details.
- Cloud Infrastructure: Our servers run on major cloud providers. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest.
- Analytics: Minimal, anonymized data to understand website traffic.
