By downloading, installing, or using the Saathra AI desktop application or website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Saathra AI provides a desktop-based AI assistant designed to support users during professional interviews and preparation sessions.

• The service is provided "as is" without guarantees of specific interview results.
• We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature with reasonable notice.
• Pricing and credit allocations are subject to change as the product evolves.

To use certain features of Saathra, you must create an account.

• You must be at least 18 years old to use the service.
• You agree to provide accurate and complete registration information.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• Accounts are for individual use only; sharing credentials is prohibited.

Important Responsibility: You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of Saathra complies with the rules of any institution, platform, or employer you are engaging with. Saathra AI accepts no liability for consequences arising from use that violates third-party policies.

Credit Packs:

Saathra uses a credit-based system. Credits are purchased in packs within the app and are measured in hours (1 credit = 1 hour of session).

• Trial: 1 hour — ₹299 (first-time purchase only)
• Standard: 3 hours — ₹899
• Pro: 6 hours — ₹1,699
• Elite: 9 hours — ₹2,399

Lifetime Access:

Lifetime Access: ₹37,000 one-time payment. Includes unlimited session hours, all current features, priority support, and all future updates. This is a one-time charge with no recurring fees.

Credit Terms:

Credits are pro-rated per minute — you are only charged for the time you actually use. Unused credits never expire and remain in your account indefinitely.

Prices are in INR. All purchases are made within the Saathra desktop app.

• Credit packs: Refund available within 48 hours of purchase if fewer than 10 minutes of credits have been used.
• Lifetime Access: Refund available within 7 days of purchase if fewer than 30 minutes of session time have been used.
• Refund requests should be sent to hello@saathra.ai with your order ID.

Saathra AI and its licensors own all rights, title, and interest in the software, brand, and underlying technology.

Your Content: You own your data (resumes, job descriptions). By using Saathra, you grant us a limited license to process this content solely to provide the service to you. We claim no ownership over your interview responses or session content.

Saathra is provided "as-is". We do our best to maintain reliability and accuracy, but we make no guarantees.

Specifically, we do not guarantee:

• Perfect operation in every technical environment.
• 100% accuracy of AI-generated responses.
• That using Saathra will result in a job offer or specific outcome.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Saathra AI is not liable for lost job opportunities, interview rejections, or any indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days, except where retention is legally required.
